![]() The way I see it, sort of in support of the devs, or the way it is currently, is that most of the guys you hire have no previous experience in combat. ![]() Baking this into character development would be a good thing for the game, in my opinion. My opinion, the stars should have a scaled boost to the underlying stat, such as +3 for 1 star, +4 for 2 stars, and +5 for 3 stars. ![]() While there are some backgrounds that offer higher or lower starting stats (from Farmers to Refugees), there is not a logical stats tie-in to boost the stats with stars initially.
